I highly recommend Lee and his team. This house had not been properly maintained for over 40 years. I wanted to retain the Edwardian style whilst upgrading the property. Lee and his team understood this and luckily major cracks in the plaster proved to be superficial, with no underlying damage to the structure. Now over half of the interior and exterior has been refurbished. The quality of the work, along with Lee's attention to detail, have transformed the bathroom, kitchen and main bedroom, whilst the exterior retains the style and much original detail. Lee has extensive contacts and calls on a range of specialists to work with him, creating a versatile team who work hard and leave the house tidy at each stage. They are honest, reliable and optimistic, and focus on pleasing their customers.

We used Cosy Developments after they were recommended to us. 

We wanted a garage and some front ground landscaping done after completing the build on our cottage.

We wanted a garage that matched the cottage. You only have to look at the quality of work to see that they are an excellent company to use. 

Lots of communication back and forth to make sure they got every detail correct.

I can't fault Lee and his team. From initial meeting, to completion to of the project, they made the refurb of our kitchen, utility and conservatory so straight forward. Lee's communication is spot on, they were always prompt, turned up when they said they would, worked tidily and have done a brilliant job.

Lee of Cosy Developments Ltd undertook the dismantling of my conservatory and replacement with a new structure which facilitated abundant light through windows and ceiling lantern. I do not feel as if I have lost any light despite not having a conservatory any longer. 

Lee also managed to find someone to take the old conservatory so it could be re-used.

I am extremely happy with the end result which has given me a beautiful living and work space.

At all times Lee and team worked very hard, even taking the conservatory down in the rain which I was not expecting.

As often, complications can be encountered during a building project and we had a few, which were not down to Lee and team. When each situation occurred Lee was always there to resolve the issues and reassure with a smile.

Lee is an excellent communicator which is a rare skill these days. Lee talked through each step of the project so I was fully aware of what was going on. He also liaised with other professionals so everything ran smoothly.

Lee is totally trustworthy and I would whole heartedly recommend him.
